The following general terms and conditions apply to the sale and marketing of the
www.polite.com.co website (the “Terms”). This document together with all documents
posted on our Website constitute a binding, final and binding agreement between you and

(hereinafter “POLITE”), a Colombian company located at Avenida Ambala Nº 44-51 Piso 2

2. Your information
The purchase of merchandise through the website is strictly limited to parties who can enter
into contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of Colombia. To make purchases
on the website, you will be asked to provide your personal data. In addition, you will be
asked to provide payment details that you declare and guarantee are valid and correct,
which confirm that you are the person mentioned in the billing information provided.
The information or personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with the Privacy
Policy. By using this website, you agree to the processing of such information and data,
affirming that all information or data you provide is true and corresponds to reality.
The products offered through the website are for worldwide purchase and delivery.
4. Colors and visualization
The Polite.com.co website aims to display product images as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will match the color of the product, as
the display of color depends, in part, on the monitor you use and its resolution.
5. Quantity Limitation and Order Restriction
POLITE may, in its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per
order. In addition, POLITE reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the user or
customer. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same account on the POLITE
Website, the same credit card, and orders with the same shipping or billing address.
If we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail or billing
address you provided when you placed the order. POLITE reserves the right to limit or
prohibit sales to distributors.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. All orders are subject to
acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email
acknowledging the details of your order; this email is not an acceptance of your order, only
a confirmation that we have received it.
The acceptance of your order will be finalised when we ship the goods, at which time you
will receive a second email with your tracking number and confirming that your order has

7. Product Availability
All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or because
the products are no longer in stock, we will inform you by e-mail of the cancellation of the
order, and POLITE will refund the value of the product purchased.
8. Prices and payment
All prices for Colombia are in Colombian pesos.
For international purchases prices are in US dollars. Prices may change without notice from
time to time. Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, America Express and Diners.
9. Shipping costs, taxes and international orders
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you
purchase on the website. The amount of applicable sales tax and shipping costs are
specified in the total amount due. For countries where taxes and customs charges cannot
be calculated, you will be asked to pay them to the courier upon delivery.
For shipments within Colombia, sales tax will be charged.
POLITE will assume shipping costs within Colombia when the purchase exceeds COP
For international orders (those to be shipped outside of Colombia’s territory), POLITE is not
responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, and duties. As the recipient, the customer

10. Shipping and Delivery
You assume all risk of loss and damage to the goods from the time they leave our
warehouse. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot change the
route after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. POLITE will not be responsible
for delivery errors when the shipping address indicated on the order is not correct or has
incorrect data or omits the necessary data for its location.
Please note that if a signature is not obtained upon delivery, you agree to these terms and
conditions: authorize POLITE to leave the package at the shipping address without
obtaining a signature, and release POLITE from any liability for any loss or damage that may
result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. The
delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and should be used only as a guide.
Delivery times will be counted from the date of shipment. Please note that POLITE does not
ship to PO Boxes.
Merchandise purchased on the website can be returned within six (6) days of receipt.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered,
undamaged and with the original tags. Your items must be returned in their original
packaging, including boxes, bags and other packing materials. If your return does not meet
the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you. Returns that are damaged will
not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that orders must be returned from the same country to which they were
originally shipped. You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with
returning the products. To return merchandise, use the return label provided by POLITE.
Please note that promotional, sale and discounted items and personalized items cannot be

return to be processed. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued
and you will receive a confirmation email.
The time required to process your refund may vary depending on the payment method
• Credit Card: Our bank will refund you within seven (7) business days of the return
acceptance confirmation email. The time it takes to restore credit to your account depends
on the credit card issuer.
Shipping costs and import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are not refundable.
13. Oulet Sale
Products identified as “Outlet” are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
POLITE can offer products that are not yet available for sale. You can place an order for
these items in the same manner as you would for other available products. The prices of
these items do not include taxes or shipping costs. Payments for purchases of pre-ordered
products must be made by credit card only. A credit card authorization for the full value of
the product will be processed when you order.
Please note that pre-orders may take an estimated average of 10-12 weeks from the date
the order is placed to the date the product is available for delivery. All delivery dates are
approximate and may be subject to change. You will receive a confirmation email after the
product is shipped.
15. Applicable law and choice of forum
The laws of Colombia govern all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, including
but not limited to their validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement.
All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought
solely in the city of Ibague, Colombia.
