You assume all risk of loss and damage to the goods from the time they leave our warehouse. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot change the route after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. POLITE will not be responsible for delivery errors when the shipping address indicated on the order is not correct or has incorrect data or omits the necessary data for its location. Please note that if a signature is not obtained upon delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: authorize POLITE to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature, and release POLITE from any liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. The delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and should be used only as a guide. Delivery times will be counted from the date of shipment. Please note that POLITE does not ship to PO Boxes.
Returns
Merchandise purchased on the website can be returned within six (6) days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags. Your items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packing materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please note that orders must be returned from the same country to which they were originally shipped. You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with returning the products. To return merchandise, use the return label provided by POLITE. Please note that promotional, sale and discounted items and personalized items cannot be returned.
